Hunting Brook is currently offering allotments for hire each year from February to December. You can grow in a peaceful countryside setting with stunning views and a lovely community atmosphere. Classes and advice are also available from Hunting Brook’s Jimi Blake who has over 20 years’ experience.
The allotments are 38m2 or 76m2 and range in price from €200 for the smaller and €380 for the larger. They are deer-fenced and kept secure. There is access to a beautiful woodland area for walks and all allotment members are welcome to use our magnificent banquet table in the valley.
Ample parking is also provided for allotment holders along with toilet facilities, free wood chip for mulching, private communal paths, water supply to three holding tanks adjacent to the allotments and lots of rotted manure.
There is a picnic area and Hunting Brook hosts regular BBQs for allotment members where you can cook what you grow.
