Join Courtney for either or both of her upcoming workshops in fermentation and pickling and wild drinks in the gorgeous magical grounds of Hunting Brook Gardens. These will be interactive, hands on learning experiences where you’ll make your own creations to bring home with you. There will be some delicious snacks and samples to taste. You’ll go home with all the knowledge you need to start your own home ferments and wild drinks.

Honey kvass, kombucha, water kefir, milk kefir/whey, ginger bug, whey lemonades.
Workshop two – Basics of food fermentation and pickles
Saturday 21 October 2017… 1-4.30pm
We are going to make our own sauerkraut, beet kvass and pickles in class to bring home with you and plenty of samples and tasters during the day.
