This is a comprehensive course where Jimi will take a deep dive into the world of Salvias and Dahlias in Hunting Brook. Jimi will share with you clever and creative ways to use Salvias and Dahlias in your home garden or in a garden you work in.

The day will consist of :

  • An in-depth look at the largest Salvia collection in Ireland

  • Learn how to get Salvia’s and Dahlia’s to flower from early summer to winter

  • Learn the best cultivation techniques including planting, growing, pruning and propagation of Dahlia’s and Salvia’s

  • The design process – Best varieties of Dahlias and Salvias to grow and create planting combinations with them

Tea/coffee on arrival and mid-morning tea/coffee and cake.
